The location is central, but the in‑room bathroom was really awful with a glass door and a shower door that wouldn’t close properly; breakfast was acceptable but nothing outstanding.

“Generally I am pleased with my stay.”

The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the hotel’s central location lets you walk everywhere or catch public transport quickly, but there was constant noise from outside even late at night, so I could only sleep because I was exhausted and using ear buds; it’s not suitable for light sleepers. The Wi‑Fi failed last night, and while breakfast was good, they should keep eggs and bacon warm.

The hotel’s central location was nice, within walking distance of everything, but the nearby entertainment venues and the area below were noisy all night, making it impossible to sleep; the beds felt extremely uncomfortable, as if I were lying on a wooden table or a plank, and I woke up sore all over. They put Nescafé and a shaking tea pot in the room but no water.

The hotel is in a very good location and the staff are very polite and helpful, but the bathroom windows had no curtains, so there was no privacy and we could see the opposite hotel; we had to get creative to cover them. The drain smelled, making it hard to sleep because of the odor.

“I don’t like those hotel I don’t recommend never ever”

I booked for 9 October and went there. The woman at the reception was very rude and spoke in a very unpleasant way; when I asked her a simple question, instead of answering she always responded abruptly.
