I totally agree with the earlier comments. The sea is right nearby, and the shops are close too (though pricey!), just a 15‑20 minute walk to two Spars with decent prices. The ground floor of the building has a fully equipped kitchen with tables for meals. My room had a separate toilet taken out of the room, but that didn’t bother me. It’s fine for beach holidays, and you can drive out to Batumi or Turkey (close by). The owners are unobtrusive yet always ready to help.

Very close to the sea—just a one‑minute walk along the path to the beach. There’s a parking spot for cars. A separate kitchen with all utensils lets you cook your own food. No decent shops nearby, so it’s better to bring groceries. There’s no mosquito net on the window, and the split‑air unit is poorly positioned, blowing directly onto the bed, making it stuffy at night.

The location is great for the price‑quality ratio, and the hosts are warm and proper. Cable TV could be improved.

Nice location by the sea. The room was clean, with fresh linens, and quite cozy. I liked everything, but the room was missing a kettle, glasses, and a hair dryer. The kitchen had everything.
