“Great location, lacking consistency.”
The location is great and the breakfast and reception staff were all pleasant and helpful, but we arrived extremely late at night and the bathroom did not have anything in it—no towels, soap, toilet paper… nothing, I read other reviews and expected better, they had all day to prepare that room and the bare basics slipped through their own fingers, there is also no heating in the rooms, Cuzco is extremely cold at night and all room doors open out into freezing, open‑aired hallways, staff was great once they realized the bathroom mistake but do not think I would come back.
