The place, the host’s friendliness and willingness, and the facilities were all excellent. Parking was a bit tricky.

The owner was very welcoming. The jacuzzi was not very clean.

The jacuzzi was very nice.

The raclette was great and the setting was nice. The staff were pleasant but very annoying—there was a large ball for Mrs. in front of all restaurant guests, yet you didn’t drown Mrs. in the jacuzzi. I found that offensive. There was also a lack of hygiene in the lounge: hair on the sheets, crumbs in the jacuzzi that stuck to our skin, crumbs from cake next to the table and sofa that we found in the evening, even upon arrival, and dust mounds near the jacuzzi and bed. There were many stains on the tiles in the toilets and showers, and the sinks were filthy with grime, plus a lot of spider webs, even in the restaurant where we ate.
