Nothing to say; read my next comment. The signage was pathetic, taking me and the cab driver 30 minutes to find the place. The hotel name didn’t match what it reflected. Rooms had cockroaches, beds weren’t clean and had dirty marks. Staff was good but could have done more. The receptionist asked me to check the room first, but it was 1 am when I arrived and I had no energy to look for a new property. I’m astonished by the good comments; the platform must visit this hotel. I’ve been booking on this platform for years and this was a total shock. I thought my needs were limited so I booked a cheap hotel, but the pics and comments looked fine, yet nothing matched what was shown on the platform.

“Doing wrong things against what they are showing in booking.com.”

The staff tried to solve problems, but they never got resolved. They charged me extra more than shown; I paid, expecting a bill under my company name, but they never gave me the bill, which was very, very bad.
