We stayed six full days (seven nights) in late August at this charming little hotel, and the spot was spot‑on. A small private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas lay just across the road, so it was always easy to snag a spot or a table under an umbrella. In the heat, a cozy garden behind the building offered a nice refuge. Our room was snug and featured a roomy terrace that gave a beautiful lake view and a mountain view. The host and staff were very helpful; one night my wife felt unwell and declined dinner, so the host kindly sent coffee and fruit to our room. The on‑site restaurant was very popular—lunch and dinner drew many guests from outside the hotel. Breakfasts were always generous and tasty. We also had dinner included, which turned out to be very good, and there was always a la carte with a great range of options. The bar served drinks all day, even on the beach. We had a fantastic time!
