Only the location was decent. Our bathroom had a cockroach, one door was broken, the other room’s door wouldn’t close because it pressed against the floor, and the lock was broken too. Breakfast offered only bread and cake; when we asked for a fried egg, it wasn’t possible, and what bothered us most was a woman watching us constantly during breakfast, checking what we took or didn’t. The toilet in one room was leaking water from the cistern. Simply awful.

The room was super cozy, already chilled so I just slept! Loved it. The only issue was the minibar that was off.

Front desk service was excellent, the room was comfortable, the ambience pleasant, I’m not picky about mattresses so it felt like floating. The shower had hot water and was very clean. I can’t figure out how to turn on the TV, but it’s not like it’s impossible to use.

The staff were kind and attentive. They don’t provide face towels, the room and bathroom were a bit dirty, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, one of the beds was very old and the mattress was uncomfortable.
