“Wunderbare erholsame Tage in Kroatien”

The location between the islands Cres and Mali Losinj was ideal for exploring the islands, the surroundings were very quiet, and the sea is about a 6‑minute walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, a big compliment to the entire team! Everything else was fine.

The holiday was perfect and relaxing, and the hotel itself is beautiful with friendly staff. There was nothing to complain about.

The place was very nice, well maintained, with lovely plants and tasty food; the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were tidy and cozy, and the outdoor area was thoughtfully designed with charming details and a small playground for kids. The beach is within walking distance, and the included loungers and umbrellas are very convenient. The surroundings are great for strolling, and Nerezine is a lovely spot to explore. Snorkeling and swimming are wonderful, and when windy there are good spots for windsurfing (though nothing is available to borrow). From the hotel, short drives let you see almost all of the island of Losinj, and we’d definitely return. The downside was that the air‑conditioning is still audible even when off, which can disturb light sleepers, and at night the exhaust system can be heard from outside if the window is open—something that could be improved. I was disappointed to find differences between guests who booked through Booking and those who booked directly: we didn’t receive a voucher for an hour of kayaking because we booked via Booking, while a direct booking would have included it. One hour of kayaking or a sub costs 15 €, which I don’t consider cheap for a guest who is staying overnight. The cost for changing beach towels is charged per towel, something I only learned about at checkout; it’s probably listed somewhere but I didn’t expect a fee. Childcare had already ended because the season was nearly over, so we thought it would still be available when we booked through Booking, but that turned out not to be the case—though it wasn’t a major issue. Bad weather hit for 2–3 days with rain, and I think the hotel should prepare better for such situations to avoid boredom, especially with kids. Perhaps opening the indoor pool a bit earlier and offering more indoor activities would help.
