The location was perfect, and the balcony view was stunning. The lounge, pool, fire pit, and grounds gave off a cozy, welcoming vibe that felt like home, and everything was kept in immaculate condition. We stayed for 5 nights, but the only trash bin was in the bathroom. They offered beautiful botanical teas, but there was no plain black tea available.

The spot was spot on and the views were breathtaking. The building itself feels old and only superficially refreshed, with a painted concrete floor and a grimy rug. Even the bathroom tiles are painted and the paint is peeling off—definitely not up to standard.

The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the view was great with a lovely pool area. Late check‑in was a bit rough, but they tried their best to accommodate.

The place has an amazing location, the staff were friendly, and it’s the best spot in Merimbula.
