The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, the location was good, and the staff were all lovely. I always appreciate a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for makeup, and I loved having Illy coffee in the lobby shop. The decor is dated and there is limited light in the rooms and public spaces, and the lighting in the bar is terrible, which detracts from the ambience.

The rooms were excellent, the service was courteous, and the parking was close. Everything was fine.

Parking in the courtyard was set up to keep traffic moving, so guests could park temporarily while checking in. However, during cleaning guests had to dodge supplies and staff, and the smell of bleach hit you when you stepped off the elevator.

The hotel was spotless and well organized, with Front Street rooms that overlook the harbour. Parking was safe, close by, and a great spot to explore downtown. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast decent. I highly recommend it and thank all the staff, especially Anthony. The only downside was that check‑in didn’t start until 4 pm, which could have been earlier.

Nice view, friendly staff. Plumbing fixtures were loose on the wall and tub. We had a premium room and it wasn’t anything special except for the view and good size
