The hosts were very friendly and enjoyed chatting with us over breakfast in the mornings, always offering great tips for the day's activities. The number of beds was manageable, so we didn't feel the place was overcrowded. The location in the hills away from tourist crowds was peaceful, and the towns of Verbania and Baveno were just a 10‑minute drive away. A small playground was available, which delighted our daughter. The breakfast was tasty; cooked eggs, fried eggs, or a cold platter of sausage and cheese were extra but highly recommended. If a light breakfast suffices, the buffet offers cereal, rolls, butter, jam, yogurt, cakes, and fresh fruit. A coffee machine and juices are also provided. The room we chose was a bit cramped for two adults and a child with all their luggage, and there were limited options for hanging or storing clothes, so I had to give my wife and daughter priority and unpack from the suitcase myself. For three people, we suggest choosing a larger room.
