Every morning Laura prepared breakfast exactly to our liking, and we enjoyed lively chats in the kitchen before heading out, plus she offered great restaurant tips for family lunches and dinners. The only minor suggestion is that a slightly larger double bed would give us more room.

Laura, the owner, welcomed us with remarkable kindness and served the best breakfast we’ve had, while introducing us to Olive the dog and Clover the cat, making the stay even more memorable. The room was spotless and the shower area was as luxurious and comfortable as a first‑class hotel, so we’re definitely coming back when we next visit Scotland.
