“Agréable”
Quiet, well‑located, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom had a showerhead that leaked a lot, which was annoying.

The staff’s welcome was warm, and the breakfast was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom was great. However, the room didn’t match the pictures online, it was dark and tiny.

We were first given a very bad, musty, unrenovated room that didn’t match the pictures at all; only after we complained did we receive a slightly better room. Also, there’s only a steep staircase, making it unsuitable for people with mobility issues.

The location, the upkeep of the facilities, and the good treatment by the staff were all positive, but the surrounding environment left something to be desired.
