The staff’s kindness, especially when we arrived late at night after our flight, gave us a sense of security. However, the hotel is in a very secluded area and could benefit from a strategy to increase visibility during the night.

The staff, both in reception and administration, showed great humanity, treated us well, and were considerate about the tours I had planned. Their service was consistently high, and I recommend it.

Location and price were good. They claimed there was hot water, but it was missing several times and the shower was clogged.

Unfortunately, the experience was not very positive: first, we were assigned a room different from the one booked, marketed as an “upgrade” but actually a visible attic room. It was a cold period and the building had no heating, so being in an attic made the room freezing. The staff provided a heater for an extra fee per night. As a result, we couldn’t stay more than one night and had to find another place even though we had already paid for the entire stay. Finally, the breakfast was minimal and definitely insufficient.
