From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was great! The staff was so attentive and accommodating. We celebrated my birthday there, and they even decorated our bed for the special occasion! 😍 The guy at reception made sure we had a great time, and the lady from the restaurant took care of us the entire time. The Thai salad was TO DIE FOR!! And the breakfast was very well served. The views are stunning, as the resort is a bit uphill. Yes, there are stairs to get to the beach (they’re not bad unless you have mobility issues). The hotel doesn’t have a beach for swimming, but literally next to it, there’s a resort with plenty of sun beds and a big restaurant. They never charged me for the sun bed, but it was low season, and I also ordered a drink and a snack. This is the perfect place to enjoy the quietness, stunning views, and beautiful beach. That’s exactly what we were looking for, and we had such a relaxing experience, made even better by the warmth of the staff. HIP offers complimentary longtail boat transfers to the pier, and the entire resort staff helps you carry your luggage up and down. These guys are INCREDIBLE! I cannot wait to come back. Thank you, HIP team, for making our stay so memorable. 💕. The towels had a bit of humidity smell (but nothing tragic), but everything was very clean!
