The spot sits very close to the lake, surrounded by silence and calm; even in the rain the stay was a success, with grill equipment and the option to light a fire.

The lake is nearby, great for a walk with dogs, and the pool is excellent. Biedronka is an 11‑minute walk away, and the cottage is nice. However, the entire area wasn’t fenced, which mattered because we have dogs. Basic items were missing: garbage bags, salt, pepper, shampoo and soap for the shower, and patio furniture—even though it’s cold, it would have been nice to have a spot to sit with coffee while keeping an eye on the dogs.

I absolutely do not recommend this place! What was supposed to be a 4‑day stay lasted just over a day. It’s neither a resort nor a rental spot; it’s a regular construction site. From 7:00 am, builders on the rented plot were working on a new building. Imagine trying to relax in such a setting—zero privacy, zero comfort, zero relaxation. The sauna, which you have to pay extra for, is constantly under a camera (is that even legal?) and staffed by watching construction workers. It’s a complete absurdity and a misunderstanding. The area isn’t fenced—dogs can’t be let out, and a child has to be protected from stray dogs coming from the village. The person offering the property clearly doesn’t understand that the purpose of renting is to relax, not just to take money. As a broker, nothing is done (even though false information was posted on the platform). The owner refuses to refund (despite breaching the contract and misleading the client), and the vacation is irretrievably lost! We’ll likely go to court, and I warn others about this renter—this “rental” is just a scam.
