I booked through Booking at a good price, but when I arrived they told me the price wasn’t actually that low; the management was awful.

Overall, my stay was very good, but I think the hotel administration needs to focus more on the staff in the room service, especially when guests have indicated they do not want to be disturbed. Unfortunately, I had an incident where a staff member entered our room without permission, despite the do not disturb sign, and we lost one of our belongings. However, the manager was understanding and assured us that those responsible would be held accountable.

The staff at this hotel were pleasant and helpful, and the location was excellent. However, I did experience some discomfort during my stay, as the bed was not very comfortable and the decor and bathroom amenities were a bit old.

I was really pleased with this hotel, especially since it's suitable for families and very clean. However, the soundproofing in the rooms was subpar - I could hear the TV from the adjacent room and the noise from the laundry was extremely loud, and I even had to confront the hotel staff about it.
