“Good”
While our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs, there were a few things that stood out. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom facilities were not up to par, and the room could have been cleaner. Overall, it was an average experience, but with some areas for improvement.
I was quite surprised by the unprofessional service I received during my stay. The staff seemed to be completely uninterested in helping me, which made my experience quite frustrating. Despite this, I must admit that the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise.

Unfortunately, the space wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and I encountered a water leakage issue, which added to my frustration. To make matters worse, the TV wasn't functioning properly, which was a significant inconvenience. Despite the staff's excellent service, these issues detracted from my overall experience.

The room was not clean, there was no TV or Wi-Fi, and the overall atmosphere was completely uninviting. It was clear that the staff had no idea how to manage customers or provide good service, which made for a truly awful experience. I would advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.
