The place was very secluded with private beach access. The beds were only about 140 cm wide, while the listing said beds would be between 151–180 cm. The accommodation was presented like a hotel, but it is actually a self‑service property with no service infrastructure such as a restaurant or bar.

Maintenance was very bad. Water hardly came out and there was no staff.

Beach front, with delicious food and beverage service, and walking distance to all of south Tulum. We stayed in the double room near the front of the property, so there was some street and entertainment noise as in any resort area. The beach cabins were probably much quieter, though.

The location was great. Parking was easy. Beautiful grounds. The unit we stayed in had two bedrooms and was very clean. The restaurant and bar were closed, but Dos Ceibos hotel was next door. They don’t have a food or beverage minimum and let you use their lounge chairs. Sacred Hideaways has lounge chairs, just no restaurant service. We couldn’t get our mini‑split heat to work, so we were kind of cold at night, but the hotel brought us more blankets.

The hotel is located on the southern coast of Tulum. The area is quiet. The beach is wide. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan are in every room. The bathroom was not cleaned properly after previous guests. The layout of the space around the hotel (not counting the wonderful lush vegetation) is untidy and lacks a wow factor. For the price I expected more.
