The actual conditions completely contradicted the listing on your platform: the booking explicitly stated breakfast was included, but none was provided or available upon arrival. The room was small, damp, moldy, and dirty. Mirrors were covered in dust, towels and rooms were not cleaned daily, and basic toiletries (soap) were missing. Both the refrigerator and TV were completely out of order. The Wi‑Fi was extremely weak and unusable. The swimming pool was filthy with visible floating debris and sediment, making it unsafe/unusable for guests. The manager and staff were unwelcoming, cold, and frequently absent throughout our stay. Given that key advertised inclusions (breakfast, working amenities, pool access) were not provided, I am requesting a partial refund for this reservation to compensate for the compromised stay. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this matter. Sincerely
“Sạch sẽ và giá quá rẻ”
With this price, the quality is really good. The sheets are clean, the room is always fragrant, which helps me relax a lot. I’ll definitely book again if I’m nearby next time.
“Breathable space and top-notch soundproofing.”
The layout feels spacious and airy, and the soundproofing is excellent—no external noise at all. Coupled with an incredibly soft bed, it’s a deeply relaxing stay.
“Absolutely amazing stay”
This place is absolutely amazing! The room was spotless and smelled so fresh when I walked in. The bed was super comfy, giving me the best sleep ever. The staff were so sweet too
“Cửa phòng an toàn, ổ cắm bố trí thông minh.”
The door lock is very solid, giving me complete peace of mind. The power outlets are cleverly placed, making charging a breeze. The room is tidy and neat.
