Bed, A/C. We had the beg to get breakfast, finally, the guy made a small pot of coffee, got us some frosted flakes and some milk. He then walked out and we didn't see him again. That was it there was nothing else for breakfast. I think we deserve a $20 refund

Absolutely NOTHING. A literal knife was stabbed behind the bathroom door, everything was dirty and looked just disgusting. Burn marks all over the “comforter” if you even want to call it that—more like a giant curtain. The bathroom was moldy and gross. There were drug addicts everywhere and someone even triggered my door alarm trying to get in. It looks like a straight‑up horrible place where someone could get shot… wow. I can’t even get a refund even after I saw how bad it was. I’m not happy at all.

I was stuck without towels or toilet paper the whole time we were there, even after asking repeatedly.
