Breakfast was great, and the parking garage was very convenient and safe. The 24‑hour traffic and street‑tram noise was terrible—so loud that even with windows closed it was impossible to sleep. If you’re used to constant city noise it might not matter, but if you’re from a quiet village and expect to sleep with the bedroom window open, this hotel is a big mistake. We had to take sleeping pills for the remaining nights.

The service was very good, but the cleaning is done early; I would like them to knock before entering, which is standard elsewhere.

The team and staff were fantastic, the food blew me away, and the rooms were quirky yet comfortable. The location is superb and the place is spotless. I’ve been visiting several times a year for the past ten years.
