I would just ask for better billing service, because it’s annoying having to write several times for the same request.

The hotel was well maintained, the room was very comfortable and in excellent condition, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly which made the stay even more pleasant, and breakfast was very good with a variety of high‑quality options; overall a very satisfying experience.

The air‑conditioning didn’t work, there was noise all night, and the washing machine was running from dawn.
