The apartment is modern but very small, even for two people, and it was noisy at night with people coming and going and strange voices. The bed has an open sofa behind it, and the wall is very dirty. The price is very high for the accommodation.

The property is perfect for large families; the rooms are spacious and the location is great, but the room was very dusty.

Nothing positive. At the agreed time there was no way to contact the landlord. After talking with Booking, it turned out this apartment is no longer for rent. The landlord wrongly collected rent plus tourist tax.

The apartment is clean, well laid out, and fairly well equipped, and it’s close to Bologna’s central train station, offering good value. However, the cleaning missed spots (dust bunnies under the beds), only two beds were set up even though we were three adults, and when we asked for extra linens the host didn’t respond. The host was slow to reply about early arrival or luggage storage, and sent several unnecessary reminders about keeping the place tidy and on time or face extra fees. The washing machine works, but there’s no dryer outlet.
