We were really looking forward to our stay in this apartment in Pattaya, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. The apartment itself looked great, and there were plenty of attractions for kids on site. However, when we arrived, we found that the room was completely unprepared, and we had to leave our luggage and head out into the city. When we came back, we found the front door wide open, with our belongings still inside.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by some major issues with the staff. The pool, on the other hand, was a highlight - it was perfect for a family vacation. However, when we arrived, we were told that the towels were only for four people, and we had to pay extra for the fifth person, which we had already paid for. To make matters worse, the sofa bed for the fifth person was absolutely filthy, with chips and plastics all over it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of our room, which was well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff was also super helpful and available on WhatsApp, which made it easy to communicate with them. However, we did have some issues with the showers, which didn't work properly. Luckily, the staff offered to fix them, and we were able to manage.

We were really happy with our stay at this hotel - the water pressure was great, and the room and bed were spotless. However, the pool was a bit small, and there were too many mirrors in the room, making it difficult to get ready in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the room was spacious and clean, beautifully decorated, and quiet. The equipment was complete, and the pool was spotless. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
