“Must experience place if u get at right price”

The property was well maintained and the staff were helpful. The rooms are huge, with a good vibe and nice washrooms. However, small low‑noise wall fans in the hay‑roofed seating portico by the Roopnarayan River and the balconies attached to rooms would make the place more bearable and accessible in the high humidity and warm gloomy weather that dominates most of the year. Also, the hotel’s price was high even when booked directly, about 40 % higher than other apps. After booking for weekdays three days before the stay, there was no free cancellation, and the property refused to refund the price difference or cancel for free. They said that a direct booking through their own website or a phone call could earn a 20 % additional discount. The food was average, not worth the price or the level of ambience and infrastructure the property offers. The listing does not mention whether a room is on the ground floor or a higher floor, so check that before booking if you prefer a higher floor for a river view. The property has rooms on four levels, including the ground floor.

The space feels open and the spot is great, but the staff come across as unprofessional, looking confused and not guiding us properly about bookings and comfort.
