The location was fine, but the accommodations were pretty basic.

The spot is great – right where you want to be – but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Towels smelled way too strong, the blankets had a sweaty odor, and there was visible grime in the bathroom. For the price you pay, the overall condition just doesn’t match the location.

The location and staff were solid; they gave me the info I asked for, honored the app discount when I added an extra night, and I wasn’t hit with a parking fee because I arrived before the charge was processed. On the downside, parking had no guaranteed spot and no help with luggage, the Wi‑Fi kept dropping, the bathroom leaked, and breakfast missed cheese and pamonha. Also, the room had two single beds when I’d have preferred a double.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, which was nice. The only downside was that the room didn’t come with a minibar, so I had to buy snacks elsewhere.
