The sauna worked properly and the food was delicious, but after booking I noticed the room rate was higher than what I had seen… why was it increased?

I stayed cheaply, got free breakfast, and the room and bath were spacious and comfortable. The only downsides were the footfall and other noises from the floor above, and the breakfast was disappointing.

The room was great and the food was nice, but I got locked in my room. I called the provided number and it stayed on hold for over 10 minutes; the staff only spoke Japanese so I couldn't get out, and I had to break the emergency lock to free myself.

The room was huge, and having a sauna was a plus. The bath's water‑storage device was broken, and there was hair tangled in the dryer’s brush while a cleaning bag was still attached, which was unpleasant.
