The location was good.

The place was clean and nice, and I liked the surrounding area. However, the room wasn’t ready when we checked in; we had booked it more than a month ahead and needed to be at an event by 6 pm. We didn’t get a room until after 5 pm, so we were extremely late to the event and had to rush to shower, dress, and do our hair and makeup. I’m very disappointed.

Great spot for business trips in the Energy Corridor, and being close to CityCentre makes it easy to grab dinner or pick up essentials. The hotel is clean and the amenities are solid overall. The gym feels underwhelming and could use a boost. Value for money suffers because of many extra fees—including a stay fee and package handling charges. Breakfast was also underwhelming for $24.
