Raaj Resort

We had a fantastic time at this hotel with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the manager was always on hand to help with any queries. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation, and we felt right at home. However, there was one minor issue - the towels needed to be changed regularly, which meant we had to call reception to get them replaced. Despite this, the staff were always happy to oblige, and it didn't detract from our overall experience.

The rooms were very neat and Clean with Hot water facility. Lift available for the upper floor, Food was also good. Since it was monsoon season we fully enjoyed indoor games like carrom, Table tennis, Pool, Chess. Also a decent size swimming pool with 5 ft deep. Food pricing was little on the higher side

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by some serious issues. The good news is that I didn't encounter any pike (whatever that is) during my stay, which was a relief. However, the staff were completely unhelpful and downright rude, making it a real challenge to get anything done. To make matters worse, the room was bare-bones, with no towels or basic supplies, and the food was an absolute disaster – I've had better meals at a school cafeteria.

“Best resort”

This resort really delivered on all fronts. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action, yet still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were spotless and super comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. And the food? Absolutely top-notch - every meal was a treat. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience.
