“Breakfast hygiene needs to be improved”

The breakfast offered a nice variety of puddings and fruit, the hotel organized engaging activities and events, and the swimming pool was pleasant. The room was quite good, and we were upgraded to an apartment. It’s situated outside the city center, so the chaotic Bogor traffic is far away. The metal buffet warmers were left open, I saw flies on the food, and overall hygiene was poor. I wouldn’t recommend visiting on the weekend because of the many locals, and the area outside the waterpark was a bit noisy. Also, it takes a fair walk to reach some spots.

“No a value as paid for the room price.”

The hotel didn’t allow extra towels, so I only received three. While showering, water leaked quickly from the ceiling of the shower room.

“Excellent service and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!”

We were thrilled with the service all the way through; Steven at the front desk upgraded a friend’s room without us asking, which was a sweet touch. The linens were freshly laundered, water dispensers lined the property, and the food selection was diverse and enjoyable.

The breakfast menu had a good variety, the resort vibe was present, and the location was fine. The bathroom shower wasn’t very good.
