The spot is decent and the facilities are good. The room was modern, spotless, and the bed was comfy. Finding the hotel was a hassle because it’s tucked inside a mall and the entrance is street‑level, with no obvious landmark and a worn door. You must follow the check‑in instructions closely to get your key and locate the hotel. At street level, some sketchy people hang around, and the lobby door isn’t locked while all rooms sit on the second floor, raising safety concerns. I think the hotel should beef up security by installing a sturdier, visible door, a lift that requires a room card tap before accessing the floors, and more CCTV for guest reassurance. There’s no luggage storage service since check‑in is contactless, and the staff didn’t answer my questions about it—most replies were in Finnish instead of English. If you arrive before check‑in, find a place to stash your luggage first.

Great location, clean room, spacious bathroom, easy access. I’ve already stayed twice for one night. The traffic noise is a bit noticeable in the room.

The shower was lovely, the bathroom floor was heated, and the beds were comfortable. I can’t find anything I didn’t like, but the location felt a bit odd. It’s inside a shopping centre, yet the entrance was from the street outside and we didn’t see anyone there.
