The equipment is high‑quality, the hosts and staff are very friendly (mostly speaking Italian, the senior manager speaks German), and the location is excellent for trips to Etna. The hotel sits between two busy streets, but the windows are sound‑proofed and the air‑conditioning works well.

I expected the facilities to be ordinary, but they were very clean and good. A supermarket and pharmacy are close by, so they’re handy if needed. Breakfast had no set menu; you could get whatever food and drinks you wanted. Everyone was friendly, but the staff who handled the card payment felt unpleasant when the transaction didn’t go through. Strangely, the next day the attitude was friendly, which was confusing. The distance to Bronte city is quite far.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the food at the caffetteria was fresh and amazing. The room was clean and well maintained, and the surrounding town of Bronte offered a nice rural experience, enhanced by the views of Etna.
