“Wonderful!”
Room and breakfast were fab; it’s a little walk but the hotel is amazing, and the walk to the centre is long, yet the hotel itself is super.

The breakfast was tasty, but many dishes came without plates, which was a bit disappointing; the location is good, walking to the City Hall and reaching Shinjuku via the underground passage without getting wet in the rain; however, the unnecessary service fee was outrageously high, a blatant rip‑off.

The gym was nice, but instead of shower wash I received body lotion and only a small cake of soap when I asked for wash, which was disappointing for such an expensive hotel; I also asked about a blow‑dry and the staff were not helpful at all.

A luxurious stay with breathtaking views. Very stylish and modern. Enjoyable breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Nothing

The staff were simply amazing, especially the manager at the breakfast restaurant, Fabio San, and his team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was plentiful, delicious, and offered such a wide variety to choose from. The rooms were super comfortable, with a great view and smack at the center of everything. We loved our stay very much and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Japan. Bravo. Arigatou gozaimashita! Special thanks to Mr. Fabio San. Not a damn thing.
