“Great location. Awful pool experience”

The location is solid and the rates are reasonable. The main reason I lowered my score was the staff and the pool area. Front‑desk staff were great, yet a bartender‑like guy at the pool was present but seemed to be paid for nothing; every drink we asked for was “unavailable,” even the single happy‑hour option, and he just scrolled through his phone without offering help. The reception also stated that no outside food or drinks are allowed in the pool area, so we couldn’t eat or drink, making for a terrible evening. A hotel without a pool would have been just as disappointing.

“Comodidad e instalaciones de lo mejor”

The room was excellent, the hotel sits just three blocks from the beach in a quiet tourist area with plenty of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was super pretty and clean; Arturo was fantastic at his job and genuinely pleasant to work with, the pool was a perfect 10/10 and I loved it entirely. However, the pool staff didn’t greet people at all, their attitude was awful compared to the rest; we couldn’t use the umbrellas, we couldn’t play loud music in a pool that was otherwise empty, the beach was not a block away, and we were told there would be a minibar in the room but there wasn’t one.
