Elegant Queen Room at Botany offers a guest‑house feel with a shared kitchen, work desk, and modern shared bathroom stocked with kitchenware. Located just 3 km from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, it provides easy access to Bondi Junction Station (10 km) and the Sydney Opera House (20 km). Highly rated for its convenient location and attentive service.

Location near the airport, big room, nice neighbourhood, host provides spices and oil in the kitchen for guests to cook. Soap and toilet paper were finished so I messaged the host about it, he took more than 30 hours to refill them. Cleaning of the home was not done everyday, more than ten people staying there!! One bathroom for 6 rooms is unbelievable, we were queuing to be able to use it.

Nothing. The cleanliness was zero. Bathroom very dirty , kitchen as well. I talked about it with staff and they didn’t do anything. Disgusting

The Queen bedroom we had was quite spacious, comfortable and quiet. Nice, easy street parking and great location. The shared bathroom could be problematic if the whole place was fully booked. There is only 1 toilet which is located in the bath/shower room (that is, not separated). Given the potential maximum number of guests you might find yorself queuing for the toilet
