“Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel”

The spot was well‑situated, close to everything, and the 5:30 kickback was nice—chips and dip were good, and the free breakfast offered a lot. A Coke machine and popcorn machine were available 24/7. Our air blew out two or three nights, and we never got a new room or a discount. The rooms were tiny with very small bathrooms, and we received no housekeeping—no clean towels or trash removal. Each night I had to ask for trash bags and clean towels, only to be told they didn’t have liners for the trash cans.

“Great stay”

Location, friendly staff, quiet, good breakfast with bonus after snacks, 24 hr access to free sodas, comfortable, bouncy beds, good water pressure. Our bathroom developed a leak in the ceiling and we were moved to another room. The hotel was very kind to knock off a night’s stay for our trouble. I really appreciate that. 11 floors with an elevator. We were on the 10th floor. Would definitely stay again. The ac wouldn’t stay on. We are all hot natured people so we got hot off and on through the night. Aside from that, everything was great
