The hotel is very beautiful, the suite room offers a lake view, and there is a pool and spa. The heating did not work in the room, and there was too much chlorine in the pool.

“A surprise finding in the trip.”

The suite worked well for a family trip, with a decent bed and a well‑equipped kitchen, and everything was spotless; the sunrise view was great. The heating made a bit of noise and blew directly onto the bed, so that could be better; dinner needed to be booked ahead, but I had already eaten in town so it didn’t affect me.

The bedding was very comfortable and the room was roomy, with a pleasant setting and nice outdoor layout. The reception felt a little unfriendly, and we were also upset when the pool supervisor accused us of jumping into the pool while we were just chatting on the edge with another family; he later apologized but the sting remained. The pool needs a refresh.

“Belle chambre spacieuse et belle vue sur le lac”

The room was spacious and offered a beautiful lake view. The restaurant was closed even though the hotel had confirmed my reservation.
