The front desk was friendly, yet the property was full of sketchy people hanging around, the floors were visibly filthy, roaches were in the rooms and under the baseboards, and the towels looked dirty or stained.

The neighbors were pleasant. Unfortunately, there were roaches in the room and the floors were dirty.

The clerk behind the counter was very nice. The room was dirty and stayed wet; the floor was not clean, and my daughter’s feet were black from the floor. The room had a smell and the guest appeared to be high, crazy, or otherwise. Bad, bad, bad!!

Our room had dead roaches, holes in the walls, a nasty refrigerator, a dresser missing a drawer front, and hair in the bathroom. The advertised breakfast was not provided. We were told we were at the wrong hotel and were told to do better next time. We stayed because it was so late. We need a refund.
