The location is good, less than 3 minutes on foot to the metro; the shared room I stayed in was clean, as were the bathroom and shower, and nearby places to eat add value. The only drawback at first was the shower being very small and inside the room, making it hard to get dressed; the guys I stayed with kindly let me shower and dry off outside comfortably, and there were no bath towels, at least in my case.

There were cleanliness, noise, and odor problems, and the staff were very unpleasant.

The area is very safe; I was a bit worried at first but there were many shops open, and I walked from the train station to the hotel three times, all feeling safe even after midnight, so I can return confidently. I liked everything, the bathroom was a bit small but fine for traveling.
I spent a day there and everything went very smoothly; the staff were very friendly, yet I also felt that the same day was marked as a negative experience because of the identical sentiment.
