The host was lovely, always available, caring, and full of helpful tips; the location was unique, the vibe pleasant, the rooms beautiful, large, and quiet, the pool offered a view, and there were only a few rooms left (great). We had free access to the kitchen and fridge stocked with wines, prosecco, ice, and more. The coffee could have been more Italian, stronger, and a true espresso, though.

The view is breathtakingly calming—you can stare at it for hours. Only three rooms, all stylish and modern. Host Massimo was warm, very helpful, and gave great local dining suggestions. The garden is gorgeous, with a pool and a trampoline for the kids. Absolutely recommend; we’ll return when we’re nearby.

The place is super low, very quiet, and idyllic. The pool area is beautifully designed, rooms tastefully furnished, and you feel the love and passion poured into it. Host Massimiliano and his staff are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good, not extravagant but detailed. Everything is spotless. You truly get peace here. The pool view is stunning. You can swim late into the night, respecting other guests. They provide regional info and personal sightseeing tips. They serve eggs from their own chickens in the morning. Dogs and cats complete the animal ensemble. Regarding nearby restaurants: locals dine here and Italians celebrate dinner, so you can’t expect to finish within 45 min. It takes a bit longer, which is intentional. Some things feel a bit improvised, likely because the host sees the property as shared with guests rather than a hotel, which is also endearing—both pros and cons. Check the website beforehand. Unfortunately, the property has a few weaknesses, so it’s a 9. We’d have liked to know that we were three in a room, but the rooms are really only suitable for two. The kitchen can only be fully used if you rent all three apartments together. Guests are exclusively on the pool level, where the kitchen, gym, and sauna are located. The main house above is private and not accessible to guests.

A beautiful, quiet spot that feels like a premium place in Tuscany. Everything is thoughtfully designed and tasteful. The pool is huge, and the view from it is perfect. We had a wonderful time, thanks to the very friendly host. Highly recommended. The quietness, views, and pool are the only negatives.
