The location for attractions in Long Beach is very good, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast was good and the common areas were comfortable and well kept. Most of the staff were very friendly. The remodeled showers were a negative experience; this was my second stay here. The first time I had trouble turning it on and settled for a short, lukewarm shower. This time I called the front desk for advice, but it was still hard to turn on the shower and adjust the water temperature. The shower head was too high for me to adjust. One of the doors didn’t stay closed, so water got on the floor. I also had trouble finding the station I wanted to watch on the TV; it was in the higher numbers, and the guide for those channels was hard to find. The remote only goes one direction, so I had to go all the way around to find a higher station again if I could remember the number. It would have been very helpful if there was a brochure or something explaining how to use the shower and TV remote.

Convenience to port. Restaurants, stores, long beach. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was plentiful and delishes. Updated rooms very clean and nice. I liked everything ,would a tay there again

The bed was very soft and my lady liked the coffee maker during breakfast time. The floor we stayed on was currently under construction, which led to no air conditioning in the hallways of the floor, and there was only 1 elevator. The cheese in the cheese omelette was just weird.

I love the breakfast room at this hotel! The choices, the coffee machine with everything from black coffee to latte selections is amazing!. The pool is very small and four children fill it up pretty quickly. It's extremely humid and could use better ventilation
