The villas are amazing, set in a quiet, secluded spot – exactly what you need to reboot. I’ll keep this short even though there are so many details: I really appreciate the comfort, and it’s thought out to the last detail, from the quality of the bedding to the materials used to build the villas. Everything is top‑level. The lack of plastic is a special pleasure – water is only in glass. The herbs grown on the property, which you can steep into tea in the evenings, add a unique atmosphere. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a blend of luxury and homey comfort. That comfort comes from the people: the villa owners Will, Vera, and the whole staff. Even finding such a team is a talent: they’re all incredibly warm, courteous, and attentive. The way we were welcomed and taken care of is a story in itself. When we realized we didn’t have local currency (and taxis only accepted it), Will didn’t hesitate to pay the ride. We know we owe him, but the gesture itself is priceless. The service in the common area deserves special praise – just show up and they’ll bring a bowl of ice, glasses, and lime, all presented in an incredibly aesthetic way. Small touches that make you feel thought of every second. We’ve never experienced such a dinner presentation: there’s no choice, they simply give you the menu of what they’ll serve that day. Each dish is presented with a story about what you’ll eat. The food is incredibly fresh and tasty. Provided we’re picky, we never had a dish we didn’t like. The menu is super well‑chosen, with a great selection of drinks – both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic. If you’re after all‑night parties and a party scene, this isn’t for you.
