“Waste of hard earned money”

I liked the location, but that’s about it. Breakfast was bad, the hospitality was horrible, and the room was unsanitary with stuff scattered all over the floor. The lamps were rusted and had no coverings, the room smelled bad, and we were on the second floor where they were doing remodeling—if I’d known, I would have chosen another place. I will never stay at another Hilton and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else unless they make major changes; it was a waste of hard‑earned money.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

“Will not return or recommend”

The only thing I liked was the Lavazza coffee. The location lacked a covered area for unloading, the room was too small, the beds were terrible, and the staff were not friendly or welcoming. I can’t comment on breakfast because I checked out before it began.

Breakfast was fine, but the pancake machine needs improvement. The rooms are extremely small for the price.
