At 7:20 pm I got a message from the hotel saying, “At the moment we have no available rooms. The hotel filled up suddenly and we couldn’t block the calendar. Our apologies.” That was a terrible experience because it left me scrambling for accommodation right before bedtime, and I spent a very stressful night because of it. I suggest they call their guests when reservations open to cancel them, instead of doing this close to bedtime.

The staff were very special, and breakfast is worth the price. I think the warmth of the people makes the difference. You can sleep peacefully because there’s no noise and everything is very clean. I would like to see the ceramic floor improved to give the hotel a more polished feel.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is delicious. It worried us a lot that they didn’t have our reservation ready, and they told us the room we’d booked earlier was not available.
