The location is great, the staff are good, and the room is nice. However, the pull‑out bed was ragged and very thin. The towels had an old‑man smell, and there was hair in the tub that I just flushed because I didn’t have the energy to call the front desk; the receptionist seemed annoyed by me. The breakfast was oddly undercooked: turkey patties were dry and undercooked, the boxed eggs and hard bagels, apple and cherry turnovers barely had filling, and by 7:50 there was almost no oatmeal left when breakfast ended at 9:30. I expected better from this hotel; it feels like the reviews are exaggerated. The kids were running around, which was annoying—please manage them better or suggest a park.

“Dirty and the staff wasn’t friendly.”

It was in a decent spot, but the place was filthy and the room stank. An overflowing trash bin and a heap of dirty bedding stuck by the elevator for nearly a whole day until I told the front desk. On my sheets there was a blood stain.
