Sofia Residence Syariah Mitra RedDoorz

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a spacious room and a calm residence. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel's location was a bit far from the city center.

“If you could avoid this place!!!”

I must say, my stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. The room was absolutely filthy and disgusting, which is something I've never experienced before in my extensive travels. We booked two rooms for four people, but were only provided with two breakfasts, which were cold and left outside our room on the floor with no tea, coffee, or any other drinks available. The pictures and rating on the booking site are clearly outdated, as the hotel doesn't resemble them at all.

“Good for the money”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the room was spacious and clean, and the lady working there was very nice. However, there was a slightly unusual atmosphere, which made it seem like people actually lived there rather than a traditional hotel or hostel. While this wasn't a major issue, it did take some getting used to.

“Great budget option for Malang !”

I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at this hotel, especially considering the high prices of accommodation in the city. While it's true that you get what you pay for, I was still satisfied with my stay.

My stay at this hotel was decent, with the bedroom being quite good and the air conditioning working fine. However, the room was unfortunately quite dusty, which made our night a bit uncomfortable due to our allergies.
