I only liked the view; everything else was disappointing. When we were supposed to check in at 14:00, they offered us a different room instead of the sea‑view one we’d booked for two adults and two kids, and later at 16:30 they gave us two single beds after a back‑and‑forth. In short, a huge letdown.

The beach is clean and beautiful, and they even have a clothes‑drying area, which makes the guests feel at ease. The pool could use a bit more cleaning, though.

1. Even though I had a PIN code for the reservation, the front desk wouldn’t let me through the gate for verification—very frustrating. 2. I booked a room with breakfast, but for both days the staff didn’t allow me to enter until I verified my ID. It’s a large resort but the service feels unprofessional and disrespectful.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and family‑friendly with friendly staff. The beach is a long, beautiful stretch with crystal‑clear water. The only downside is it’s about 1 km from the shore, so walking to the beach can be a bit tiring; bring a towel or a robe for a cooler afternoon swim.
