“Hotel ok, Personal an der reception nicht ok, Zimmer und Ausstattung ok”
The reception staff were unfriendly, and at the same price we could have stayed at a Marriott.

We were in a stunning 3‑room suite, each with its own shower—perfect for a family with teenagers. Not in the center, but not too far either, and the sea view was truly amazing. The staff were very friendly, but everything kept breaking: the AC dripped at first, we got locked out one day because the lock failed, and there was no hot water one day. Every day something else went wrong, showing the place isn’t well maintained. They were generous and tried to fix everything, but the sheer number of faults for that price was disappointing.

Great view from the balcony. Quiet location and beach directly out the front. Big rooms. Pool area was amazing The manager also arranged our next 2 drivers at a very good rate so make sure you get a quote from him before booking anything else. The only thing that could be better was the food

The staff were friendly, but the AC in our room didn’t work and the hotel did nothing to fix it.

Everything was perfect—a real gem right on the beach, a short ride to Weligama. The staff were fabulous, especially the Hotel Manager who sorted anything you need. Every room had a sea view, no faults, and it’s close to Mirissa for snorkeling and a short ride to Tut Tut.
