“Wow”

Everything was perfect. The front‑desk ladies Ravana and Tolga were very helpful and eager to meet all our requests. We stayed in room 1723 with a great view, and the elevator always worked. The room was very clean, and when we asked for extra towels and a blanket they were very attentive and delivered them ASAP. The food—breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner—was excellent, with a variety of snacks and two snack spots. The staff were caring and helpful; at the pool bar Yaman in the morning and Ibrahim at night, the staff were beautiful people who loved their drinks. The nightly shows were fun, and we wished we had booked more than three nights. The only downside was the paid Wi‑Fi. Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay with wonderful people; this should be a 5‑star hotel.

Food was magnificent, I ate heartily and liked everything. The hotel was clean and magical, an Instagram spot for photo shoots. The plants decorating the hotel were super, like in Narnia. The bartender at the bar was not liked; he was rude and abrupt.

“Un resort foarte bine manageriat.”

Everything pleased me, from the friendly and helpful staff to the services. Kemal was super and friendly, offering useful information. He was everywhere, respectful and smiling, ready to help. The reception was professional and helpful; I mention Mr. Sherhan, who is friendly and meticulous, and Ms. Ravda, his colleague (if I’m not mistaken). The organization at this resort is very good; it surprised me with themed evenings (disco and Turkish dances, Oktoberfest). The inner courtyard is tidy and the pool is clean. The food is fairly varied and themed. The restaurant, patisserie, grill area, and beach with free drinks are all very nice, and we felt extraordinary. If you go there, say hello to Kemal on my behalf and tell him you’re from Romania; he will give you all the support. I also had an unexpected surprise: after check‑in, the reception staff knocked on our door and offered a platter of fruit and a bottle of wine. Congratulations, DG Rose Resort, you exceeded my expectations.

“will not come back”

The surrounding area was clean, but the bedroom bathroom wasn’t very clean. The front desk wasn’t very helpful, and the food was bland with a lack of variety.

“Fair”

The bed was comfortable. The reception lady and one gentleman were very rude and spoke abruptly to me; before it escalated, the manager resolved the situation, which I really appreciated.
